General FAQ's
A. I help high-achieving women—especially professionals and leaders—understand and heal the hidden impact of trauma on their daily lives, relationships, and performance. My approach is neuroscience-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in over two decades of medical experience. This is not therapy, nor traditional coaching—think of it as expert guidance to reconnect with your most powerful self.
A. Trauma isn’t always about major life events. It can come from years of being silenced, criticized, ignored, or living under constant stress. If you feel like you’re always in survival mode, stuck in patterns you can’t break, or overwhelmed despite “having it all,” your nervous system may be holding onto unresolved trauma.
A. Many of my clients come to me with:
Chronic overthinking and self-blame
Emotional numbness or sudden anger outbursts
Burnout, anxiety, or low energy despite rest
Struggles with boundaries and people-pleasing
Feeling “not good enough” no matter the success
Difficulty relaxing, sleeping, or switching off
These are not flaws. They’re survival responses. And they can be rewired.
A. I’m not here to diagnose or treat mental illness. My work is forward-focused, rooted in neuroscience and lived experience. While therapy often explores the past, my work helps you understand how trauma shows up in your body and mind now—and how to safely move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.
A. Not in the traditional sense. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all sessions or push “positive thinking.” What I offer is a transformational process that combines scientific insight, trauma-informed practice, and deep personal guidance. You’ll learn practical tools—but more importantly, you’ll learn how to trust yourself again.
A. Some clients feel a shift after the first session. Lasting transformation, however, takes commitment. Most of my programs run for 12 weeks. It’s not about rushing; it’s about sustainable change, rooted in safety, regulation, and empowerment.
A. Only if you want to. You don’t need to relive painful memories to heal. My approach focuses on how trauma has shaped your present life—and how we can help your nervous system feel safe again. You’ll never be pushed to disclose anything you’re not ready to share.
A. Absolutely. Many high-performing professionals operate from a place of hypervigilance or perfectionism caused by trauma. Healing allows you to lead with calm confidence, trust your decisions, set clear boundaries, and connect more authentically—with yourself and others.
A. Because this is not about adding more knowledge—it’s about rewiring your brain and nervous system. I bring a rare combination of medical insight, trauma awareness, and real-life transformation. You won’t just learn—you’ll shift.
A. I primarily support women who are:
Leaders, entrepreneurs, or medical professionals
High functioning but silently overwhelmed
Looking for something deeper than surface-level self-help
Ready to break lifelong patterns and feel truly free.
A. Most of my work is done online, so you can access it from anywhere in the world. If you’re based in the UK or UAE, in-person options may be available for talks or VIP intensives.
A. You can begin by booking a free clarity call with me. In this call, we’ll explore what you’re struggling with, where you want to go, and whether I’m the right person to guide you. No pressure—just a genuine conversation.
FAQ's for Coaches, Healers & Leaders
A. Yes. In fact, it’s essential. Many coaches and leaders unintentionally bypass trauma or trigger their clients without meaning to—simply because they’ve never been trained to recognize what trauma looks like in high-functioning people. I offer training and mentoring to help you work more safely, ethically, and effectively.
A. It means understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system, decision-making, emotions, and behaviours—even when it’s invisible. It means knowing how to create safety, not just strategy. And it means recognising when to push, when to pause, and when to refer out. Trauma-informed practice is the future of ethical leadership and coaching.
A. It’s a hybrid. I offer trauma-informed mentoring for professionals who want deep understanding and real tools—not a checkbox certificate. You’ll learn how to spot trauma responses in your clients (and yourself), how to avoid common mistakes, and how to hold space with confidence and care.
A. Not at all. Whether you’re a coach, facilitator, HR lead, wellness professional, or entrepreneur—you can benefit from trauma-informed principles. I’ll meet you where you are and help you apply these insights to your field and your clients.
A. Both options are available. I offer tailored 1:1 mentoring, as well as occasional group intensives and workshops for practitioners. These sessions are practical, rich with neuroscience and lived experience—not textbook theory.

A. I don’t just share ideas—I shift perspectives. My talks are grounded in science, but deeply human. I bring together over 20 years of medical knowledge, lived trauma, cultural insight, and coaching wisdom. Audiences often say they felt seen, empowered, and ready to change how they think, lead, and live.
A. Simply get in touch via the Contact page or email me directly. We’ll schedule a quick conversation to understand your event and see how I can best support it. If you need a speaker who brings science, heart, and transformation—you’re in the right place.
A. Yes, it’s possible to book a single 1:1 session if that’s what you need. However, I don’t usually recommend just one session, as it takes time to build the safety and trust needed for deeper work.
That said, some clients prefer to start with a single session to get clarity or address something specific.
The investment for a one-off 90-minute session is £399.
If you’re looking for meaningful, long-term change, I recommend committing to a full program—where real nervous system rewiring and transformation happen in a safe, supported way.
