General FAQ's

A. Help high-achieving women, especially professionals and leaders, who feel stressed, overwhelmed, and burnt out move from surviving to thriving. As a life coach in Leicester, my work is based on Trauma-Informed Practice, which supports deep healing of the nervous system to create lasting change in your life, your work, and your relationships, and performance. My approach is evidence-based, informed by neuroscience, and grounded in over two decades of professional experience. This is not therapy, nor traditional coaching, think of it as experiential education for your nervous system and your life.
A. Trauma is not just a single major event; it's the nervous system's way of being stressed, overwhelmed, fatigued, or living under constant threat. A mental health coach like myself, can help you address the physical and emotional residue of chronic stress, burnout, or overwhelm despite "having it all" or your nervous system may be stuck in survival responses.
A. As a wellbeing coach, I support clients dealing with:
Chronic overwhelming and self-blame.
The inability to sit still, rest, or be alone with themselves.
Burnout, anxiety, or low energy despite rest.
Struggling with boundaries, confidence, or success.
Feeling trapped, paralysed, or unable to make clear decisions.
Difficulty relaxing, sleeping, or switching off. These are not flaws. They're survival responses. And they can be undone.
A. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness. My approach is forward-focused, client-led, and highly experiential. While therapy often explores the past, my work helps you understand how trauma is affecting your life in the present and equips you with practical tools, clarity, and purpose.

What makes my method unique is my holistic perspective as a doctor. I don’t just focus on the mind, I connect the physical, mental, and psychological symptoms to uncover what’s really happening. This allows me to create the right pathway for you, so the changes we make have the deepest and most lasting impact.
A. Not at all. I don’t follow rigid, one-size-fits-all models or textbook frameworks. My coaching is embodied, deeply personal, and rooted in both science and lived experience. I bring together neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system regulation, so you don’t just talk about challenges, you learn how to truly shift them.
And I’m not traditional, either. My life and career have taken me across countries with vastly different cultures, religions, and ways of being. This has given me a rare depth of understanding of human nature, both in the West and beyond. It allows me to connect with people on multiple levels and design pathways that are practical, compassionate, and powerfully effective.
A. Some clients feel clarity after just one session. Deep personal transformation is a process, this is why my programs run for 8 to 12 weeks. It's not about rushing, it's about sustainable change, integration, and mapping a clear path forward.
A. Only if you want to. You don't need to relive painful memories to heal. I work with the wisdom of your body, your brilliant survival responses, and how we can help your nervous system feel safe again. You'll never be pressured to disclose any experience you're not ready to share.
A. Yes. In fact, many high-achieving clients work with me to unlock a place of higher performance or participate in our leadership workshops. Healing doesn't make you soft; it makes you more resilient, clear-headed, and connected. It helps you set powerful boundaries, and connect more authentically, with yourself and others.
A. Because this isn’t about collecting more knowledge or “thinking positive.” It’s about changing how your brain and body actually respond. Most people don’t realise that unresolved trauma, often subtle or hidden, creates automatic patterns in the nervous system. No book or course can rewire that.

My method is different: it’s experiential, holistic, and medically informed. As a doctor and coach, I connect the physical, psychological, and emotional symptoms to get to the real root of what holds you back. Together, we don’t just talk about change, you experience it in your body and mind. That’s why clients who felt stuck for years finally find clarity, strength, and lasting transformation here.

FAQ's for Coaches, Healers & Leaders

A. Yes. A lot of people use the term "trauma-informed" but unintentionally bypass trauma or trigger their clients without meaning to, simply because they're not fully trained in the nuances of trauma-informed practice. I help high-functioning people refine their leadership and mentoring to help people shift out of survival responses.
A. It means understanding the impact trauma has on stress, regulation, decision-making, emotions, and client behaviour even when it's invisible. I help you get tools to understand the nervous system in your clients, recognising when to push, when to pause, and when to refer out. You get advanced practices in the fields of embodied leadership and coaching.
A. It's all three. I offer tailored support and mentoring for professionals who want deep understanding and real tools, not a checkbox certificate. I help you to integrate somatic principles, work with emotional literacy, and know how to avoid common mistakes, and how to hold space with compassion and clarity.
A. No. If you are a coach, healer, yoga or meditation teacher, medical professional, or entrepreneur, you can benefit from trauma-informed mentoring. It's about building on your existing skills and applying new insights to your field and your clients.
A. I offer both. I run small-group learning sessions for coaches/leaders as well as occasional group intensives and workshops for professional development. Individual mentorship is also available and is a powerful way to accelerate the work you're doing.

FAQ's for Organisations & Event Planners

A. As a public speaker and mental health coach, my talks go beyond simple motivational objectives. My talks are grounded in science, physiology, and the clinical concepts of the nervous system, medical knowledge, lived trauma, cultural insight, and coaching expertise. I deliver talks that are practical, deep, empowered, and easy to change how they think, feel, and live.
A. Email me directly. We'll schedule a quick conversation to understand your event and see how I can best support you to deliver a powerful, memorable talk on stress, trauma, and transformation, you're in the right place.
A. Yes, it’s possible to book a single 1:1 session if that’s what you need. However, I don’t usually recommend just one session, as it takes time to build the safety and trust needed for deeper work.
That said, some clients prefer to start with a single session to get clarity or address something specific.

The investment for a one-off 90-minute session is £399.

If you’re looking for meaningful, long-term change, I recommend committing to a full program, where real nervous system rewiring and transformation happen in a safe, supported way.
