About Me
With nearly 25 years in medicine across four countries, I have developed a deep expertise in recognising patterns others overlook. My clinical background, alongside specialist training in CBT and a Fellowship in Children and Young People’s Mental Health, allows me to decode how trauma and chronic stress quietly shape behaviour, performance, and physical health, often manifesting as unexplained physical symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and burnout in individuals and organisations.
Over the years, I began to see a consistent truth. What presents as fatigue, anxiety, conflict, disengagement, or underperformance is often not incompetence or weakness, but nervous system overload.
The same physiology that drives individual burnout drives organisational dysfunction.
As a medical doctor and trauma informed performance expert, I work at the intersection of medicine, neuroscience, and organisational wellbeing. I help individuals and corporations understand when symptoms, whether physical, emotional, or cultural, are signals of chronic stress patterns rather than personal failure or structural inadequacy.
My work is grounded in a simple but powerful framework:
No Shame. No Blame. No Why.
No shame for symptoms.
No blame within teams.
No endless rumination about why something is wrong.
Instead, I focus on regulation, psychological safety, and sustainable high performance.
Through keynotes, workshops, and strategic consulting, I help leaders and teams move from survival mode to clarity, stability, and resilient performance.
Details of my story can be found on my TEDx talk.
